  • GBM has been involved in the project management of private and public projects for over 50 years and sees itself as the client's right-hand man. Our projects are mainly in the field of plant construction for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, as well as infrastructure measures. Our team consists of German and English-speaking project managers with a wide range of expertise. This includes architects, civil engineers, economists and mechanical engineers.

In cooperation with the Hochschule für Berufstätige (FOM), we offer an internship for the following degree programs
  • The Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and the Bachelor of Engineering are designed to be part-time, the Bachelor of Science is dual. Depending on the course of study, you will study 2-3x/week in the evenings and 2-3x/month on Saturday mornings at the FOM Essen and learn the theoretical, economic and technical basics for your work. You will also gain practical experience in your day-to-day work at GBM-Essen. The cooperation is therefore designed for the duration of your studies (2 years for a Master's degree, 3.5 years for a Bachelor's degree). This dovetailing provides you with an optimal combination of theory and practice. You can find more information about the course on the university's website.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed (technical) university entrance qualification
  • Good to very good performance in the areas of math & English
  • Basic IT and MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, open-mindedness, determination and commitment
  • Class B driver's license
