As project managers, we oversaw the construction of the new emergency response center for the Olpe district. The new building provides modern, future-proof facilities for the fire department, emergency medical services, the control center, and civil protection. The project consolidates key safety-related functions at a single location, thereby creating optimal conditions for training, operational coordination, and crisis management. At the same time, workflows between the various departments are streamlined, distances are reduced, and critical infrastructure is functionally interconnected. The result is a high-performance, sustainably designed facility that meets the demands of daily operations as well as those of special emergency and crisis situations. Particularly noteworthy are the precise schedule and cost management: The Emergency Response Center is nearing completion, and the handover will take place on schedule and exactly within the planned budget.
